Product Management: Responsible for owning the complete product lifecycle of a technology product, to enable Merchant, Design and Product Creation teams. Responsibilities include delivering a strategic product roadmap from discovery, design, vendor selection, delivery, and support, as well as managing a cross-functional agile product squad to create and execute a 12–18 month roadmap in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic Product Delivery: Lead a cross functional product squad team of engineers, business analysts and quality assurance in the execution of the roadmap and vision ensuring tracking and timely delivery (KPIs) of milestones and alignment with business goals and objectives.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate efficiently and effectively by building strong relationships with several cross-functional teams within the overall technology department and across the business.
Insights: Hold the vision for strategic research and analysis across a large organization with competing priorities, including supporting our product team with the implementation of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods as well as evidence-based product development strategies.
